We will inform you about the different types of rental contracts, including options for renting without tenant protection.
We will update you on the local laws and regulations in your municipality and assist you with applying for a permit if necessary.
Together, we will create an action plan that includes important dates, such as the viewings.
We will arrange for our photographer to professionally capture your property.
The property will be listed in our network, including on Pararius, our expat portals, and shared with major companies such as ESTEC, LUMC, and Johnson & Johnson.
The viewings will take place, and you are welcome to be present.
Together, we will choose a suitable tenant.
The selected tenant will undergo a thorough screening process.
The rental agreement will be drafted and submitted for approval.
After the rental agreement is signed and the first payments are received, the key handover will take place. During the handover, we will prepare a report, which will be shared with all parties afterward.
If desired, we will manage your rented property after the key handover.
