We are happy to visit you free of charge and without obligation to get acquainted.

Based on comparable properties that have been sold, combined with the current market conditions, we will determine the asking price of your home together.

In addition to the asking price, we will also determine the sales strategy together and create a step-by-step action plan.

 

4. Documents

We will start by gathering the necessary documentation.

 

5. Preparing for Sale

The real work begins: getting your home ready to sell. Think of tidying up, cleaning, and maybe a fresh coat of paint. No stress — we’ll provide tips and help wherever needed.

 

6. Photographer

We enlist our photographer who beautifully captures the property and provides clear floor plans.

 

7. Advertisement

We draft the concept version of the advertisement text and adjust it together with you, so that the text reflects your feelings about the property.

 

8. Online Listing

The property will be listed online on various platforms, such as Funda, Vastgoed Nederland, Pararius, and social media.

 

9. Scheduling

Viewings are scheduled based on the incoming requests.

 

10. Viewings

The viewings take place and we keep you informed about the feedback.

 

11. Bidding Phase

The bidding phase begins.

 

12. Discussing Offers

We discuss the offers received and go through the pros and cons.

 

13. Preparing the Transfer

We make the new owner happy with the good news and discuss the next steps for a smooth transfer.

 

14. Purchase Agreement

The purchase agreement is drafted and shared with all involved parties for review. After approval, it is offered (digitally) for signing.

 

15. Inspection

A final inspection of the property takes place on the day of the transfer. The transfer then follows at the notary’s office. If desired, we will accompany you to answer any questions.

 

16. Aftercare

Even after the key handover, you can always count on us.
